Remote Tuning Solutions provides remote engine tuning, diagnostics, data analysis, file customization, and related automotive performance services.
All Services are provided based on the information you submit, including vehicle details, modifications, hardware, and logs.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any service request.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old
Own the vehicle being tuned or have explicit permission from the owner
Understand the risks associated with modifying vehicle software and performance
3. Customer Responsibilities
To receive accurate and safe tuning results, you agree to:
3.1 Provide Accurate Information
You must provide correct and complete details regarding:
Vehicle year, make, model, engine
Installed modifications
Fuel type and quality
Existing tune or software state
Diagnostic logs and error codes
3.2 Ensure Mechanical Soundness
You confirm that your vehicle is in good working condition before any tuning session. This includes, but is not limited to:
No active check-engine lights (unless disclosed)
Proper fuel quality
Healthy ignition, cooling, and fuel systems
No mechanical issues that could compromise safety
3.3 Follow Instructions
You must follow all instructions provided by us during data logging, flashing, or troubleshooting. Failure to do so may affect results or cause vehicle damage.
4. Performance Disclaimer
Performance results vary depending on vehicle condition, hardware quality, environmental conditions, and driving habits.
Remote Tuning Solutions does not guarantee:
Specific horsepower or torque gains
Fuel economy improvements
Emission compliance
Compatibility with aftermarket parts
Passing emissions or inspection tests
All tuning is performed at your own risk.
5. Vehicle Warranty & Compliance
Modifying or tuning a vehicle’s ECU/PCM may void manufacturer warranties or violate emissions regulations depending on your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that:
It is your responsibility to understand local laws
We do not guarantee emissions compliance
We are not liable for any warranty voidance by your dealer or manufacturer
6. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:
Performance modifications carry inherent risks
Improper installation or mechanical failure can cause engine damage
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, hidden vehicle issues, or improper installation of aftermarket components
7. Payments & Refund Policy
7.1 Payments
All payments must be made in full before receiving tuning files or services.
7.2 Refunds
Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of tuning:
All sales are final once a tune file, revision, or consultation is delivered
Refunds are not provided for customer mistakes (e.g., wrong vehicle info, incompatible hardware)
7.3 Service Expiration
Any included tune revisions must be completed within 30 days of initial delivery unless otherwise stated.
8. Tune Revisions & Support
Revisions may be required based on logged data, and we will provide reasonable support within the purchased package.
Revisions do not cover:
New hardware changes after the tune is delivered
Switching to different fuel types
Significant mechanical repairs occurring after tuning
New modifications may require purchasing an updated tune package.
9. Intellectual Property
All tuning files, maps, data logs, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Remote Tuning Solutions.
You agree not to:
Sell, share, or distribute tuning files
Reverse engineer or modify our files
Use our work for commercial tuning without written permission
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Tuning Solutions, its owners, and its affiliates are not liable for:
Engine or drivetrain damage
Loss of use, loss of income, or repair costs
Emissions failures
Diagnostic issues, misfires, or detonation
Incorrect installation of hardware or software
Consequential or incidental damages of any kind
Your use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.
11. Suspension or Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You provide false or incomplete information
You misuse our files
You breach these Terms
Your vehicle is found unsafe to tune
12. Third-Party Products & Tools
We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g., tuning software, dongles, logging apps).
We are not responsible for third-party defects, failures, or compatibility issues.
13. Privacy
Your data is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy, which governs:

Diagnostic data
Storage and security practices
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which Remote Tuning Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
