History of Remote Tuning Solutions
Remote Tuning Solutions forged its humble beginnings early in 2015 as an independent performance shop in Salt Lake City, Ut …. as “801 Motoworx”. At that time, Victory Motorcycle was our mainstay. We developed a remote tuning process for Visteon and Delphi Control unit- equipped motorcycles… and literally ran with it. By 2017, this remote ECU tuning process added up to thousands upon thousands of happy Victory and Harley Davidson motorcycle owners. Performance driven by data analytics was (and still is) our mantra. In 2017, our focusing shifted primarily toward Indian Motorcycle performance. Our engineers were locked in a basement for a literal year defining, learning and mastering every aspect of the ME-17 ECU that lives inside of these bikes. Once all the pieces were in place, we deployed a remote tuning process that was more geared towards shops and dealers rather than end users.
With control units becoming more complex and more difficult to tune, we deployed our expertise with Remote Tuning Centers. We custom tune a LOT of Indians around the globe. Our emphasis on quality data collection, analytics and processing allowed us to begin developing true calibrations for pretty much any performance combination under the sun. The calibrations that we offer are derived from a higher than OEM-level of research and development. This is the driving factor behind ALL our tuning services and products. When the MG1 control units hit the scene, starting with the 2020 Indian Challenger, employees of RTS completely pioneered tuning methodology, process and hardware for these bikes. It was truly a “going where no one has gone before” type of effort.
